Schedule/Fee/MacBook Event

Great news!  On Thurs., September 1st, from 10:00am-1:00pm, and from 2:00pm-6:00pm, you and/or your student, are invited to come to Madison to pick up a new MacBook laptop, walk around the school (they can to practice opening their locker if they want), make a General School Support donation, and get your student’s class schedule and a packet of important info. Another reason this is exciting for us is because this will be the first time since before COVID, that parents are able to see where your student(s) get to hang out everyday. If you or your student cannot make it on September 1st, your student will get their new laptop during the first week of school. Parents will have another opportunity to see the school and meet the teachers, on September 27th for the Back-to-School Parent Night.  

This year we are having all students carry their MacBooks and binders in a string backpack from class to class. These will help keep the computers safe and save valuable space in the classrooms. We will provide a string backpack unless you want to purchase your own.  If you have already purchased a string backpack, please bring it on September 1st to carry the laptop home.

We will need several parent helpers to help make the MacBook pick up go smoothly. You can choose to help for the full 6 hour event, or you can choose 10am-1pm or 2pm-6pm.
