What's happening this week:

  • 8th Grade Trip Permission Forms Due: final call for all 8th grade field trip permission forms. These are due this Weds., May 14, NO EXCEPTIONS! If we don't have them by days end this Weds., they will not be going on the trip. Payment can be made right up until the day before the trip, but we must have those permission forms now!
  • 7th Grade Pirates of Penzance: 7th graders will be preforming their production of Pirates of Penzance Jr., this week on Thurs. & Fri., at 6:30pm. Admission is $5 per person. Come support our Madison theater students! 8th Grade and 6th grade performances coming up soon.
  • 6th Grade Forecasting: all 6th graders will be doing forecasting on Weds., May 14th, to choose their top choices for electives next year.

REPEAT INFO & DATES:
  • Yearbooks: purchase your yearbooks here (Madison's pass code is 101619721180643. Only $28, in full color, and 2 free personalized pages. Yearbooks will be distributed the last week of school. Deadline to order is Monday, June 2nd!
  • 8th Grade Parent Grad Party Mtng: Weds., May 21st, 6:30pm here at Madison. If you're not yet an approved 4J volunteer, and you'd like to help at this event (@Firs Bowl), get approved here, NOW!
  • End-of-Year Trips: all students have now received their field trip permission forms! Here are the deadlines for returning their form, along with a SchoolPay payment link. If you would like to chaperone, but aren't an approved volunteer,  get approved here, NOW!:
6th Grade permission form deadline is May 23rd...pay here!
7th Grade permission form deadline is May 27th..pay here!
8th Grade permission form deadline is May 14th...pay here!

If their forms are not turned in by these deadlines, they will not be going on the field trip, NO EXCEPTIONS! Note: payment can be made anytime up until the day before their trip, and can be done via SP, or with cash or check in the office. There is some financial aid available (form in the office), but we want everyone to try and pay something.
