What's happening this week:

  • Picture Retakes: this Thurs., Nov. 6th, 9:30-11:30. We have about 40 students who were either absent, or not yet enrolled on picture day, who need to get their picture taken. If they did not receive an ID card yet, YOUR student is one of those! Also, if you ordered pictures but do not like them, send your picture packet with your student on Thursday, and they can get their picture retaken.
  • Pre-planned Absences: if your student has a pre-planned absence (family trips, hunting trips, etc.) that will last THREE days or longer, you must fill out a Request for Pre-arranged Absence Form. These can be picked up in the office.
  • Fall Activity Night: our Fall Activity Night is coming up a week from this Friday (Nov. 14, 6:30pm-8:30pm). We need lots of volunteer, some to set up and/or tear down, and lots of chaperones during the event. I will be sending out a sign-up post shortly. Yes, there is a home Duck game that Friday night, but you can DVR it, and come have fun with us instead. We need YOU! ;)
  • Reward Assembly: this Friday we will be on a special schedule (Advisory will be at the end of the day instead of the beginning) in order to have a special assembly. There will be a staff sliming, some silly string happening, and even some bald head painting. Fun will be had by all. Thanks again to all who donated to our River Walk fundraiser!
  • New Rotation: next Weds. is the first day of the second half of Sem. 1, so Health classes and PE classes will be going through the next 9 week rotation.
 

FALL ACTIVITY NIGHT!

  • Friday, Nov. 14th, from 6:30pm-8:30pm.
  • Entry is $5 per student.
  • Student dress should be casual and comfortable.
  • There will be DJ/dancing, Plinko, Bingo, Ping-Pong, open gym, photo area, and much more. There may even be a few surprises.
  • Concessions will available and will benifit our MPG (all items will be an even dollar amount, so no coin needed).
  • Everyone will have FUN!
