Urgent: Funding for class trips, electives and student activities
Hello Madison Families,
We see a few people are signed up for the upcoming Launch-A-Thon - but we really need your help!!! The more people that go on and create an account then add the numbers to the account the better! There is power in numbers y'all - we need you!! Each students who enters numbers will be entered into a drawing for some fantastic prizes. - I know people are pumped to have a week of Mario Kart at lunch with Erickson!!!
It only takes a few minutes to sign up on-line - the money goes to supporting grade-level field trips, electives and more student activities. We will SLIME some staff at an assembly if we can get to $6,000, but that's going to take everyone to enter some numbers in.
This is our only School Fundraiser of the year; students (with the help of their parents or guardians at home) will create an account with a personal donation link. Then, starting after school on Friday, October 16th, we invite students to use their own or a family member’s cell phone at home to share the link through texts and social media as well as to call supporters to invite them to donate by credit or debit card. Students will not use phones at school. Their fundraising account they create with you will also send reminder texts to contacts who haven’t donated yet.

Click Join Fundraiser to create an account using a personal or family cell phone number, or log in if you already have a Leading Edge account.
Enter student code SF4WPP and select your advisory teacher.
Open Contacts, then Create New Contact, to add supporter names and cell numbers with area codes. Aim for 10 to 25 or more if possible. Even one helps!
The attached Number Sheet came home from school this past week, but if you create an account at home you won't need to bring the sheet back to school. If access to a computer at home is an issue, please use the attached Number Sheet, fill it out together with your student, and then have your student bring it to your Advisory teacher on Monday. Students will then be able to use that Number Sheet and get help signing up and entering contacts during advisory. Again, the attached Number Sheet is only needed if your student is needing to sign up at school. If you can sign up from home this weekend then the sheet is not needed.
If you are filling out the Number Sheet to enter numbers here at school, *Please include the cell phone # (either their phone number or a parent/guardian's) your student needs to register their online fundraising account on the Number Sheet.*
Supporter contact information is never shared with or sold to any other company. It is used only within your student’s account for their fundraiser. Let supporters know a Madison fundraiser text is coming so they recognize it as legitimate.
The fundraiser is not required, but every little bit - even $10 helps - so we hope you're open to helping us out. Every student who signs up numbers will get raffle tickets for prizes - examples include; Mario Kart at Lunch, Plushies, Domino's Pizza Lunch with friends, Harry Potter Hot Chocolate Set, Breakfast Burritos with friends, 3D Printed Dragons - any many more!
