Parent/Teacher Conferences

Good evening Monarch Families!

Below is the link to signing up for our conferences this year; Monday, November 25th, and Tuesday, November 26th.  The following steps are important to remember when you are signing up for up to three different teacher conferences:

1. Please select one 12-minute time slot for each teacher you'd like to meet with - 3 teachers maximum per student.  Please only select teachers that your student currently has on their daily schedule.

2. Please reserve your conference times as soon as possible, as spaces are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.

3. Please put your students name in the 'Name' box - if it has the parents name, please delete and replace with the student's name.

4. After you select the time slot, be sure to hit the 'SAVE' button before selecting another teacher/slot or closing the program.  You will need to 'SAVE' after each selection of a teacher/time slot.  

5. Once you reserve your conference time, you'll receive a confirmation email (within a few minutes).  You can also receive reminders by selecting "Text Reminder" when you reserve your conference time.
