Important to know:
Even if parents/guardians are not a registered user on ParentSquare, they can still receive communications, and the system will still automatically translate messages based on their language preference set by the school, even if they haven't created an account; however, they won't be able to access certain features like commenting or viewing attachments, without registering.

Key points about unregistered ParentSquare users and translations:
  • Receive notifications:
    Unregistered parents will still get notifications via email, text, or phone calls, which will be translated based on their language preference.

  • Limited access:
    While they can view the content of the message, they cannot interact with it fully without registering, like leaving comments or accessing attachments.

  • Registration required for full engagement:
    To participate actively in communication, including replying to messages, parents need to create a ParentSquare account so just do it! :)
